New additions include : Wild Rose Exfoliating Cleanser, Wild Rose Eye Cream with SPF15 and Wild Rose 24hr Moisturizing and Brightening Cream
Wild Rose Oil, the main ingredient of the wild rose range, has high vitamin C level which derives significant repairing activity to fine lines and skin colour disorders. It is also rich in linoleic and linolenic acid, demonstrating significant healing, moisturizing and softening properties. Wild Rose Eye Cream with SPF15
What it is formulated to do:
This soothing eye cream helps to add radiance to the delicate eye area while minimizing the appearance of dark circles and fine lines. Wild rose oil evens tone while adding brightness to skin and a blend of yeast, ruscus, and horse chestnut extracts minimize the appearance of dark circles and undereye wrinkles. Rose-gold toned optical brighteners add instant luminosity, revitalizing the eye area so eyes appear brighter and more incandescent after just one application. The overall results are instant luminosity, brighter eyes, and a minimized appearance of dark circles and fine lines.
Firstly, this packaging is easy to use, and the product can be dispensed according to your preference. With this squeeze tip, wastage can be at its minimal.
This cream is one of the richest I have tried so far. Even for the amount squeezed on my finger in the photo above is more than enough in my opinion. The cream is emollient enough to be spread easily around our eye areas, and thus all we need is just a tiny bit. In my opinion, I think this tube can last me for more than 6 months!
The SPF15 factor really draws me in because I can use this under my foundation, shielding my delicate eye area away from harmful UV rays. Even with the SPF factor, I still use this cream at night because it is moisturizing and rich. Vitamin C can helps to brighten my under eye dark circles. Although I cannot see much of a difference as of now for my dark circles, my under eye area is definitely more moisturized. I used to have dry patches under my eye (due to the lack of oil glands) because of my dry skin type. With this cream before my foundation, I do not suffer from dry patches any more! If you have oily skin, perhaps you want to test out the texture in the store first. With such a rich base, I hope this cream will not give my any milia seeds! Overall, I am satisfied with the moisture it gives to my under eye area.
Wild Rose 24-Hour Moisturizing & Brightening Cream
What it is formulated to do:
This cream is formulated with a range of ingredients that moisturize and brighten the complexion. Wild rose oil, a natural source of vitamin C, helps repair the look of fine lines and skin discolorations. Imperata-cylindrica extract, derrived from a desert plant, is known for its ability to provide continuous moisturization by regulating the moisture equilibrium of the skin.
Korres brightening and moisturizing cream has two different textures for two different skin types – oily/combi and dry skin. Here, I have the tub meant for dry skin.
Purchased this with my own money.
Ah yes, a tub of cream, that you dip your fingers in everyday – unhygienic.
Packaging aside, I love this cream! This cream has been my daily day moisturizing since I have purchased it. This cream gives a dewy finish after application, perfect for those with dry, dull skin! Despite it being a cream, it is lightweight and absorbs into my skin fast.
The scent is surprisingly not those intense rose scent, but more of a fresh floral cream scent. Well, pardon my description. All I know, it is not those cloying rose scent you get from Burberry cosmetics (Sorry Burberry fans! Love that brand, but hate the scent).
I wouldn’t describe this as the thickest cream I have encountered (unlike the eye cream above). I have owned some thicker creams, which I have used at night. Hence, this cream is perfect as a day moisturizer, underneath my foundation. Along with its fast absorption and dewy/radiant finish, it no surprise this is my favorite moisturizer. For oily skin peeps, I encourage you to try this as your night cream as well. This stuff sinks into your skin pretty fast, so you need not worry about it mixing with your sebum on your face. Definitely re-purchasing this after I finish my tub!
