Hello!
One final review for 2013! And let’s get luxurious, with John Frieda.
Luxuriousย Volumeย line of products is the Fine Hair Authority with innovative formulas that transform flat, limp, fine hair to create fullness and lift that lasts all day. Recently, this hair brand just made this way to Singapore!
Like all hair range, John Frida Luxurious Volume comes with a shampoo and conditioner.
The shampoo is effective in removing any excess oiliness in your hair, keeping your scalp fresh of oil, making the scalp free of clogged pores. This way, my hair is able to retain its volume even after the hair wash in the middle of the day. However, if you have a drier scalp, a more moisturizing shampoo is recommended. The shampoo is moisturizing for my hair ends, but this will not weigh down my hair too much. Just remember not to apply the conditioner on the scalp, like any other conditioners.

After prepping your hair with shampoo and conditioner, you can further volumize your hair with the volumizing mousse and the hair spray.
The mousse is fairly good in holding the shape of your hair. However, you need to make sure you use the right amount of mousse for your hair. Too much mousse will weigh your hair down and make it too sticky.
This amount of mousse is obviously too much for your hair. You probably just need 3/4 of that. Everything in moderation is the key. My thick hair will still feel sufficiently volumized even after using the mousse and because my ends still retain some of my perm ages ago, this mousse also keeps my curls throughout the day.
The nozzle is easy to dispense the mousse out.
