Flower Delivery Little Flower Hut Review

I was humbled to be able to review another online florist delivery service in Singapore and here are my thoughts on Little Flower Hut.

They are a homegrown florist shop which has expanded online. The Little Flower Hut has an array of products from hand bouquets, flower boxes, table arrangements, wreath, hampers, plants and many more.

Looking at their hand bouquets section, you can find a variety of flowers available in their catalogue.

Types of bouquets available:

• Cotton
• Succulent
• Carnation
• Gerbera
• Lily
• Rose
• Sunflower
• Hydrangea
• Tulip

The bouquet was delivered in a trapezium shaped bag which makes carrying the bouquet around easily! I love these kind of finishing touches.

Personalized bouquet

Little Flower Hut also provide personalized services where you could custom make your bouquet for a special occasion. I was pleased that they would be able to customize one bouquet for me with their senior florist. So my requirements were as such – rustic, and preferably without pink or purples.

The bouquet I received is made up of orange tulips and pink wrapping paper even though I had requested no pinks or purples. It was still a pretty bouquet no doubt, and the tulips were very fresh. The bouquet turned out to be different from what I had imagined so I would let you be the judge of it.

I voiced my feedback to Little Flower Hut team about the order and they had apologized that it was a miscommunication with the senior florist. I was relieved that they found the root of the problem and rectified the issue. However, should you want to go for their custom bouquet in the future, do be more thorough in your communication and also confirm on the type of flowers they would be suggesting before delivery.

Delivery

Delivery was seamless and prompt. Even though the bouquet was sent to a non-residential address, the delivery man was kind enough to give me a call and waited for me to head down to the lobby to pick up the flowers.

Overall, I would definitely recommend getting their pre-arranged flower bouquets from the catalogue rather than customizing your own bouquet.
