WFH is a norm now and having the right work set up is essential in ensuring that we all do not get burned out from work. Some of us may find that we are working longer working hours at home as there is no clear line between work and home anymore. That is why having a proper working chair is essential. I am a first-time Ergonomics chair user and it really made a difference in the way I work at home.
Why an Ergonomics chair and not a Gaming chair?
You can read the article from ErgoTunes here and all along, I thought the gaming chairs that I see most of the time online and on Youtube vlogs are also Ergonomic chairs but there is a difference. Besides the lambar support, the materials used are also different. Gaming chairs are usually plusher and are made of leather upholstery which requires higher maintenance. Set Up
The ErgoTune is designed to be assembled quickly with minimal fuss. The package has included all necessary tools and there are only six steps.

Overall Thoughts
I do not have much experience with Ergonomics chairs but one thing is for sure, I feel that this is more comfortable than some of the chairs that I have tried, even those leather gaming chairs which are popular on Instagram and promoted by Youtube Vloggers (I shall not mention the brand name). Firstly, the faux leather gaming chairs peel very easily in our humid weather and it may be hot and stuffy while sitting on the faux leather chairs. Additionally, they are quite bulky whereas sitting on this ErgoTunes chair, I can easily swerve from one corner of the room to another.
Comparing to higher-tier ergonomics chair brands such as Herman Miller, I thought this is quite reasonable. With so many adjustments on the chair from the height, to the inclination, to the neck and armrest, the chair can be customized to your height and posture. One thing I like is that even though the chair is made of breathable mesh, it does not sink and is able to support my back properly. Having a proper chair is important when you are working on your computer for long hours. The materials are pretty solid and with such a long warranty, as compared to some gaming chairs in the market, these chairs are worth the investment.
