Gifts from online shops are getting more popular. Think along the lines of Bird Nest, Superfood gift sets, Brewed coffee gifts etc. There is a new online shop in the market which focuses on healthy food. A healthier You is an online health food store established on the foundation that health and wellness are essential for a life lived to its fullest potential. They believe that a complementary and preventive approach to health is important, and that often we can look back to our original source of life and sustenance – nature, to nurture our health.
What they carry:
- Floral Teas
- Everyday Herbs
- Herbal Tea Blends
- Herbal Soup Packages
As someone from Hong Kong, having a healthy and balanced diet is something that my family practices. We were very particular about what food will cause yin or yang deficiency in our body. My grandmother and mother would always boil herbal soups for our family. From there, I picked up the importance of incorporating herbs and herbal tea blends into our diet.
When I opened the package, I was pleasantly pleased that the teas are packed individually and sealed. These convenient packages of goodness are perfect for us to tide through your busy days or as a gift to your loved ones.

Right: Dried Longan with Goji Berries and Red Dates Tea
Every batch of goods from their suppliers is examined personally by A Healthier You staff to ensure the best possible quality. Their individual products are only prepared and packaged upon your order in order to ensure maximum freshness.
I have here the Herbal Tea Blends which are already pre-packaged for you. I thoroughly enjoy the convenience of this as all I have to do each morning is to pack one of the tea packs, and my vacuum flask to work which I can then add hot water into the tea every morning. The one is my photo is Dried Chrysanthemum with Goji Berries and Red Dates Tea at $12 for 5 170g sachets.
If you are someone who enjoys afternoon Teas, do consider their floral teas a well. They come in either a clear plastic box (75g) at $10.50 or a glass jar (40g) at $7.50. If you are planning to gift this to someone, I would recommend either the box or glass instead of a sachet.
In your order, simple instructions are being provided for those we are unsure of how to prepare them. There are even recipe ideas too which you can also find the links on their website.
My top recommendations from their site would be:
- Herbal Tea Blends
- Floral Teas (in glass bottles)
A Healthier You
