On July 27, 2013 by Michelle Ng

Hi all!

I recently attended an Origins workshop to learn more about their masks. Origins believe that masks is like a facial, to reboot our skin and put our daily regime back to track.

I have also learnt that Origins would be deploying a new campaign, advising all skincare and cosmetics users to recycle our finished roducts. Origins would be placing their recycle bins at their counters. Regardless of the brand of your finished product, we can throw them into the bin for recycling, playing a part in sustaining our fragile environment.

In this workshop, Origins introduced their new No Puffery Cooling roll-on for puffy eyes!

This No Puffery Cooling roll-on is the ultimate eye treatment to pamper puffy eyes. This bag banishing eye treatment helps to visibly reduce puffiness and signs of fatigue. The metal rollerball applicator gently massages the eye are to deliver a completely revitalizing experience.

This lightweight, refreshing formula delivers both instant and long term benefits by visibly reducing puffiness and over time lightens the appearance of dark circles. Hoelen Mushroom Extract helps to minimize redness while multi-tasking yeast extract de-puffs. Aloe Vera and Cucumber Extract hydrate, softens and nourishes the surrounding skin.

No Puffery Cooling roll-on for putty eyes is proven to:

  • instandly reduce appearance of puffiness
  • reduce the appearance of dark circles

  • soothe and refresh eye area

Application is easy. We just have to gently roll under each eye from inner corner to outer corner and pat with our ring finger. Follow each application with our favourite eye cream (for anti-aging purposes or for additional hydration). For gratification and enhanced cooling sensation, we can pop this into our refrigerator.

During the workshop, we were also being introduced to their cult masks that are hot in demand all around the globe.

Clear improvement mask – oily skin

When environmental pollutants, dirt and debris get under your skin, its waste-filtering system gets jammed, pores get clogged, skin looks cloudy. Nature’s complexion clean-up crew gets to the bottom of skins overcast condition and clears the way for it to act its best. Activated Charcoal acts like a magnet to draw out pore-cloggers, White China Clay absorbs environmental pollutants, Lecithin dissolves impurities. Without all that “stuff” down there, skin “breathes a sigh of relief.”

Drink Up 10 minute mask – for dry skin

When skin faces a marathon of dehydrating circumstances, fluid levels can run too low. The steady sips of moisture that sustain it under normal conditions simply don’t hold water. Smoothness evaporates. Skin feels tight and flaky. What it needs is a great big gulp. It’s all you can drink as nature’s cocktail of caretakers drown dry skin’s sorrows. Thirst-quenching Algae Extracts deliver an extra helping of hydration. Feel skin drink in the softness, lap up the luxury.

This is also one of their new products, GinZing energy boosting moisturizer.

This moisturizer instantly hydrates and revs up radiance. This lightweight, oil-free, skin energy drink, fortified with legendary skin-boosters like Panax Ginseng and Coffee Bean, jumpstarts hydration levels. Lacklustre-looking skin is rapidly refreshed and revitalised to create a healthy, vibrant glow.
