My ChinaGlaze and OPI haul

On March 3, 2010 by Michelle

I should be studying, but oh well πŸ™‚

Im too excited! My nail polishes just arrived via registered postage today!

The colours:

Lemon fizz: From the Up and Away china glaze collection, this is a pale and pastel yellow. It’s hard to cover the nail evenly with this lacquer because its pale. But 2 coats should be fine.

Re-fresh mint: Also from the Up and Away china glaze collection, it has a mixture of green and blue. It’s the perfect mint colour! If you do not have Essie mint apple candy, this is definitely a great dupe πŸ™‚ This applies much more evenly than lemon fizz.

Gargantuan green grape: I was surprised when I got this. It’s a tad more neon than what I see online. Ah well, I still love this. Its a funky green πŸ™‚ However it applies very sheer. On my swatch, I applied 3 coats but it doesn’t seem to cover very well.

Jade is the new black: My favourite of the bunch, its from OPI hongkong collection! 2 coats are enough and this shade reminded me of a muted forest green. It’s a must-have!

Here are the swatches!

Thanks for reading πŸ™‚
