Hi all!
So just last week, I flew to Hong Kong for just 3 days 2 nights to run some errands with my family. With such a short amount of time spent overseas, I initially couldn’t be bothered to lug my skincare to Hong Kong. Still, I am determined to stick to my skincare routine if I want healthy looking skin.
So here is what I packed:
I thought of the idea of using contact lens cases to store my skincare myself and realized a couple other girls do the same too! How creative are we? This cute contact lens case was purchased in my Osaka trip which I have sadly left it in Hong Kong! What a bummer.
The case stores my Embryollise Lait-Creme Concentre moisturizer and Belif Moisturizing Bomb.
For the rest of my skincare products, I have DHC Deep Cleansing Oil and VMV Hypoallergenics Hydra Balance Cleansing Cream. These two were from my Vanity Troves! Love how all the samples in the troves are travel-friendly. Next, I have Olay Regenerist eye lifting serum, Bath and Body Works pocket hand sanitizer and lastly SK-II Stempower cream (review coming soon!).
For my base makeup, I squirted some of my Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation in my Clinique sample pot. With me, I also carried my Laurier Mercier pressed baked setting powder. The Laneige brushes from my travel set comes in handy for this trip to Hong Kong.
Considering how I prefer a fuss-free trip, I ended up not using all of these makeup products that I have brought with me. In the picture, you can see my favourite L’Oreal Colour Richie Balm, Nars blush in Sex Appeal , Proofit liquid eyeliner that I purchased a year back in Hong Kong as well, Fairydrops mascara, Lavshuca brow kit and my MAC mini kabuki brush.
All these fit into my cosmetic pouch which I hand-carried with me on the plane. All these are travel-friendly.

Hi! I bought it in SASA in Hong kong. I believe you can get your hands on the mascara at Watsons or SASA here in Singapore.
