Collection is launching on 9th of July 2012.

Let’s get on to the actual photos, shall we?

Firstly, I want to apologise for the photo quality. These were taken by my Iphone. My Canon G11 died on me just a few days ago (R.I.P G11) and I decided to trade it in for a brand new Canon camera! However, my new camera would only be available for pick up sometime next week. So stay tuned for the reveal!

Ok, I am getting out of topic.

The makeup collection from The Body Shop! Yay to cruelty free makeup!

Puff on Radiance

Puff On Radiance leaves a pink toned, luminescent finish and is perfect for face, cheeks and décolletage. With a super soft puff, it’s radiance gone radical.

Doesn’t it look like the iconic Guerlain meteorites? The champagne and the rose coloured shimmer balls bring out a balance of neutral shimmer on my swatch. I believe this would be perfect for different skin tones and undertones.

Pearl radiance primer

These radiant, light-diffusing pearls give skin a
pure radiance. Use them before you use your foundation or just on its own. In just one step, your skin is hydrated and your complexion perfected.

Again, this is something similar to what Guerlain carries. For this, when the product is being dispensed out, you can still see blobs of the pearls and the clear fluid in the bottle not yet mixed properly. You would have to blend it into the skin yourself. My advice is that you rub the mixture between your hands before applying it onto your face or else you will have blotches of shimmers all over your face.

Shimmer Cubes

Pick one, two or more shades to blend and create your own look. Shimmer Cubes come in a range of iridescent pinks and lilacs.Think Pink, Live Lilac, Go Violet andTint It Pink.Crease resistant and suitable for contact lens wearers.

I have heard raves about these shimmer cubes ages ago and am glad to be able to try this now! These are really full-on shimmery but not chunky glitters. The pigmentation would be better when applied wet. This colour combination really reminds me of Lavenders!

Lip & Cheek dome

A creamy gel in an easy-to-use, innovative dome format can be applied directly onto cheeks or onto lips. Available in Pinch Me Pink and Crazy For Coral.

I didn’t know that these can be used for the lips at first until I saw the description! With such a flat surface however, if might be difficult applying it onto your lips directly. I would suggest using your fingers. Don’t be afraid of this insane bright summer colours because these apply on quite sheerly, yet they can be layered on easily. To me these feel a little waxy instead of a gel and when I swatched them on a piece of paper, you can see some of the wax underneath the paper. This is the only downside of the product as I don’t like anything too waxy, just my personal choice. On the other hand, I like that these give a nice glow on both your cheeks and lips and you don’t have to worry of having china doll cheeks since these are pretty sheer, just enough for a glow.

Mini Hi-Shine

Available in Go Wild, Go Naked, Go Pinkand Go Play (Left to right on the photo above), our super shiny gloss can be applied straight to your lips for super sexy, hi-gloss lips. With a fun and fruity flavour, this wet-look gloss is set to be a hit.

These smells heavenly – like berries! These goes on pretty sheer on your lips but there are definitely shimmers in them to make your lips juicy.

Liquid eyeliner

Our brightest, most dramatic violet yet! Smudge proof and easy to apply, our fine tipped felt applicator delivers a vision in violet exactly where you want it.

This is purple! A fun way of tuning up the volume in Summer! I always love wearing coloured eyeliners instead of applying a pop of colour using an eyeshadow on my lids. This eyeliner has a sponge tip applicator, which allows a steadier application. However, it is a little difficult to get an extremely fine line using this eyeliner. Other than that, it is pretty easy to use! What I like about this is that it dries down fast and is pretty waterproof!

I will be uploading a step by step guide using these products when I receive my new camera! Stay tuned!
